Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, especially for premium or full-detail services. Please ensure your vehicle is accessible, and any gates, alarms, or obstructions are addressed before your appointment. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows will result in the loss of deposit or up to full service charge, depending on the situation. There is no cancellation fee for weather-related issues (rain, storms, extreme heat/cold, or other natural causes that prevent service). 🕒 Late Policy We allow a 30-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply. If we arrive and are unable to access the vehicle or contact you within that window, it will be considered a no-show. 🚫 Service Limitations We do not remove or uninstall seats or any bolted-down components inside the vehicle. Please remove all personal items and valuables before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline service for any vehicle in unsafe or extreme condition (e.g., biohazards, pest infestation). 🌐 Mobile Service Requirements We come fully equipped, but please ensure: Safe, legal parking is available Vehicle is present and unlocked Access to water and power, if required for certain services
